Did the opposite of what I wantedI request was for a light blonde that would cover greys and eliminate the red tones from my hair. This gave my hair an overall darker tone, and I’m now actually a red head...the greys are not covered at all, in fact, because my hair is now darker they stand out even more. Cancelling my account. BalayageI did my color that I love today followed by the balayage for the first time. I like the effect it’s subtle but gives light to the hair. But the elastics that are included in the kit are not practical at all especially if you have very long hair. It’s difficult to take them out when you are done with a section and have to put your hair down and when your hands are not quit clean and full product to lighten your hair. DisgustedI am completely mortified by the color!! You sent a new color to correct your first faux pas, and made it worse. I specifically asked for NO red, NOR red, NO RED!!! And, my hair is orange!!! Farbe leider nicht ausreichendMir wurde die Farbe zugesandt, da ich es versäumt hatte, abzubestellen. Diesmal sollte es für den Ansatz sein. Deswegen erhielt ich für 26,-€!!! nur eine Flasche mit der Farbmischung. Für den Ansatz war es zu viel und für die Länge zu wenig Farbe. (Meine Farbe war inzwischen völlig rausgewaschen).
