Works greatI do like the product. To me it is no different than store bought. However having is scheduled to come automatically allows me to stay on top of my grey hair without the fear of not finding the correct color when needed. Downfall, there is no changing your hair color. The colorist will say no every time, no matter what. So now I have canceled my orders and will go back to the salon. No salon ever could get this right but eSalon did!I've been chasing my original hair color since it started turning grey and getting darker and duller. In my 20s and before I always got all these compliments on my hair . . . I got used to it. And then they stopped and I kept wondering why until I realized how much my hair had changed. I tried henna, I tried fancy salon jobs . . . nothing worked. The salon would make it super dark red for weeks and then it would fade to close to the right color, but that's not what I wanted it to look like. One try with eSalon and . . .
