First try with this productEasy to complete questionnaire to help choose right colour. Like the fact you can send photos of current hair colour which helps stylist know condition and the colour you are starting with. Beautifully packaged and arrived in good time. The instructions are clear and the process easy. No nasty smell. The shampoo smelt lovely and I would happily buy it as my usual shampoo if it was available as an individual product ; felt nice too. Only thing I did not like so much was the conditioner texture/effect. It was ok but I chose to condition with my own after. Hair came out soft and colour ; although not 100% the shade I am aiming for, is even , shiny and my husband likes it very much. It is a very good colour for covering my grey ( which it did 100%) and a really good balance to even out the pre coloured hair I had. Yes would definitely recommend and will use again. WowIch war erstmal sehr skeptisch als ich alles ausgefüllt habe und es "angeblich" auf mich zugeschnitten werden sollte. Mit nur wenigen Informationen. Und was soll ich sagen? Ich bin absolut begeistert! Die Gebrauchsanweisung war sehr verständlich geschrieben, man konnte es sehr gut umsetzen. Das Ergebnis ist super! UNGLAUBLICHHeute habe ich das Produkt angewendet und ich muß dazu sagen: ein Traum!!! Es riecht überhaupt nicht und ich werde nie wieder Haarfarben in der Drogerie kaufen, sondern in Zukunft NUR hier! Ich bin derart begeistert und zufrieden! Not what I ordered but looks okThe colour looks nice but it’s not what I expected- my hair was dark blonde and it’s now a light brown with a tinge of copper - I didn’t want to change to light brown I thought I was getting intense copper - The base colour was too dark so it’s completely changed my hair and taken it way darker than I wanted or felt comfortable with - I don’t know how to fix it 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Ansich super …aber das ging iwie nach hinten losDas Quiz - 1A Bestellung easy Das Paket - super schön mit Anleitung und allem drum und dran. Allerdings wurde mein kupferblond , lachsfarben rosarot 😅 die Haare glänzen und alles hat sich geklappt nur haut der Farbton vorne und hinten nicht hin wie es eigentlich besprochen wurde.
