Roots way too brassyMy overall hair color is OK, but my roots are so brassy that my hair looks obviously and cheaply colored, and I already need to recolor to address my roots, even the day after I used your color. Different colorYou sent me hair color for light blonde which is what the computer that determined my haircolor. I . My hair turned light brown. Not happy about this at all. made just for meI've used many different at home box dyes before and this is the best one yet! it's the first time I've done my lengths first and roots after but the instructions were soo simple to use!. I put the dye over my faded red hair colour and the result was a gorgeous reddy brown colour which I've had many compliments for.
