This is my first experience with esalon and I am really happy with the results! It covered all the gray in my hair, and it also evened out all the "lines" in my hair that grocery store hair color didn't cover. I am one very happy customer!

Choosing the right colour on the site was made really simple and straight forward. It arrived almost 'gift boxed' with a 'personal' instruction leaflet. It was easy to apply with very little odour and no 'dripping'. The shampoo and conditioner supplied made the finished look incredibly shiny. The 'stain guard' and 'stain removal wipe' were a welcome extra bonus and 'TWO pairs of decent gloves' just completed this brilliant product. I would highly recommend this product and the customer service to anyone without a second thought.
