I have been very pleased with my custom color. It's always consistent and the auto shipments are spot on. The color is never brassy or streaky. I've colored my own hair for years and have finally found the "just right" product.

It was EASY to use. It did not burn or make my head itch. It still turned out a little to red. It is like a deep chestnut. I was hoping for a little less red but with my hair less red may not be a choice. Thank you very much. I do like it and it is so soft. It did an awesome job covering the grey. Christine W

OK I am 75 and was losing my hair. the colorist has changed the formula about 5 times until we got the right shade of copper for me. Great service and awesome high quality product. My hair is shiney and in great shape.

This by far the best hair color I have ever used.. The color is very natural looking and my hair is soft and has a beautiful shine. I am very pleased with this product.
