Love the ColorI love the hair color-is so close to my original-if it wasn't for the gray growing out you couldn't tell the difference between my color and the hair dye. Great color!I love the color that has been mixed for me; it is exactly what I asked for. The first time I colored my hair with eSalon, I didn't get the gray coverage that I needed, but the eSalon colorist listened to my concerns and adjusted both the formula and the instructions to meet my needs. I do have trouble completing each step in the time they say it should take, which I think is a result of working on your own head.
