Arrived too lateAlthough I received an email to tell me it would be a few days late it’s now the 27th Jan (ordered on 15th) and it’s still not arrived. Anwendung gut, Farbe nicht akkuratIch mochte die Box, die Menge, die Anleitung und der Geruch war ok. Leider war die Farbe beim ersten Versuch viel zu dunkel und am Ende sogar grünstichig. Ich hatte davor meine perfekte Farbe gefunden, dann akkurat an der Farbpalette orientiert und am Ende leider eine komplett andere Farbe gehabt und nun ein Desaster es wieder irgendwie zu korrigieren 😩 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Hate it!!!!The new color you sent me has turned me into a brunette! I hate it!!! I had a color I loved and used for years. After changing my credit card that I was using to pay for the order, I was forced to go through the color selection all over. I just received my new order, which was supposed to maintain my blonde color is now brunette, I would have been better off not using anything. Absolutely LOVE this hair color and the fabulous customer service!I am so happy I found "eSalon". A colorist worked with me to adjust my color in order to create the perfect color for my hair. I appreciate having everything I need mailed to me just in time to cover root growth. Application is easy and the products are obviously far superior to any hair color I have applied to my hair over the past "30" years because my hair has never looked better!
