Too darkSo, I was told by the specialist that it was gonna be an ash brown with no red;however, it ended up being black blue and ruined my hair! I had to spend $120 at a real salon trying to get this hideous black out of my hair....they had a horrible time trying to remove this color....esalon offered me a different color for free, but did not respond when I asked about not being able to just color over BLACK! Working process not product my hair ! Living in Uk makes it difficult.Colour itself fine .but for me i do not like red tones that my hair throws .however freddie and team rectifying my awkward hair ! .i have every faith will get there in the end !
