first timehi, i loved the colour result but was a little concerned that it was only for root application as i have never done that at home myself before, i have always done full coverage. i found it ok, but a little difficult to apply to just the roots and was constantly worried that i would get some on the length by mistake. there was a lot of mix left in the bottle at the end which then made me think i had done something wrong, but the colour came out ok, missed a few greys at the front but i think tht was down to me rather than the colour coverage 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Nothing short of a nightmareI would say I get what I deserve ordering color on line but, I think even this is extreme! I sent in before pic of my hair and made special note that I pull red. They supposedly adjusted for that and shipped the color. My entire head is not only red but it is and orange brassy red! I could have done better with a drug store color! 4 days later they have yet to even ship the repair color - I am beyond myself! I’ve not had color in my hair in over 3 years and am now hoping they can even take me back to my original before I applied this mess!! Did I mention I even kicked in extra for the worthless toner and only wanted to go two shades lighter! UGH 😑 SAVE YOURSELF and go to the salon! 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
