I'm very happy with this productIt arrived fast and was packaged nicely. It provided everything I needed, including a nice pair of gloves. It didn't have the usual strong smell, but the shampoo and conditioner smell really good! It was quick and easy to use, and the results were great. Best DIY Hair Color I've ever usedI've tried DIY hair color before AND salon hair color that would ALWAYS turn my dark brown hair brassy with red tints. Now anyone can have customized hair colorI appreciate this service very much. I retired in 2008 from a well known national salon. I was so used to customizing my own color at anytime, and moving to a very small rural town was hard cause of no beauty supply. This service affords me that same 'privilege.'
