My faultThe first hair color in February was utterly perfect. But I was wanting a little more this and a little less that and they did exactly what I asked. This is the best hair color. Hair feels sticky after dyingIf followed instructions exactly iv had to wash my hair 3 times and it feels like a sticky residue is stuck in my hair. The water is running clear so don't think it's any left over dye. I would like a refund please as I don't think I will be ordering again or recommending 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Can’t get rid of gunk even after 2 washesCan’t get rid of sticky gunk after dyeing. I washed shampoo multiple time to get rid of the gunk right after dyeing, but still left with sticky stuff and color started to fade away faster due to excessive shampooing.
