Hot rootsI have used hair color at home for years. From boxed dye to professional formulas, and never have I had any issues. I tried eSalon for my usual dark brown haircolor, and am horrified by the results. I followed the directions for root and length application to a T. The result? Hot roots! Great coverage!Always be skeptical of hair color when ordering online...except from eSalon! I asked for a specific red color...I know, I know...red doesn't stay in very long, red can look 'magenta-ish', red can wash you out...blah, blah, blah....but what I asked for and what I got....WOW! my color looked as good as when I go to a professional salon...better yet, it wasn't near as $$. eSalon gives you the option of changing anything about your hair color that you didn't like from last time. Not a problem for me....I asked for a color that a certain celebrity sported and I got exactly that glorious, red color I have so wanted! Very pleased with the colorI think I will continue with esalon because of the results I get and how it conditions my hair. I have very slow-growing hair, so I only need to redo every 3+ months or so.. till then the color does not seem to fade and actually I like it more after a few washings. Impressive...I have to say was highly impressed with my new hair colouring product.
