DisappointedWas excited to use this hair color after all the hype I read about it. The first time was just ok - color was nice but in 3 weeks, I saw a lot of grey. The second time was worse - I saw grey in several places right after coloring and the brown color was drab. I reached out to eSalon but no response after a few days so I cancelled future orders. I just don't see any improvement over the boxed color I get at the store and it is 1/3 the price! I am not new to coloring - I've been at it for over 30 years. WOW!!!!!I am very surprised how spot on the color is based on the information I provided. I was worried at first the color might be a bit dark but I had to wait until morning because I allow my hair to dry naturally. .. BOY was I happy when I styled my hair today....the color was just perfect, shiny, full of body and really looks great ;) Thank you to the associate who put the color together. Nice Color!The colors are very nice. And the instructions and ease of application is great! The product is just not made for my type of hair. I have VERY OBSTINATE gray and color just does not stay on it by no fault of eSalon, I have had the same issue with other product lines.
