Non desired outcomeMy colour didn't come out well. I took it to the salon and followed the instructions. We had to wait extra 10mins after putting the step 2 and massage all over my hair. Unique and PersonableI love using the custom color sets. I'm able to try the color and talk to an expert (colorist) to make any adjustments that I want, according to my personal preference. Great!My hair is growing out from chemotherapy. To say that it takes color strangely is an understatement. My colorist contacted me- made sure that my doctor said it would be safe for me and got more details about how my hair is grabing color and formulated my product with that in mind.
