Love this idea, color, frustrated by lack of true customer srvHi, love the idea of your company so many pieces of the experience I enjoy. BUT I have asked as a goal since the beginning to go from mahogany to auburn. I have asked over a year 4 times to incrementally make this change. Lovely, but looking forward to get a dark brick red or reddish look next time:)For a first timer in e-Salon, I am quite impressed with my first kit.:) I’m glad that it comes with everything I need, and they made the instructions so simple. Fab! Salon quality for a fraction of the price.I opted for the demi permanent colour to cover greys but not give a flat colour. 100% grey coverage, but in a natural highlight way.
