Perfect!Sent in my picture with a description of what I wanted to achieve and chose my color. A few days later I received an email basically stating that my desired color was not what I picked, so they were going to make an alteration. I decided to let them handle it and I was greatly surprised! I have been using the recommended shade for months and am very happy. Every time I've tried to pick an otc color by what it shows on the box I've never got the desired results. Best Hair Color Ever!I have been coloring for years, myself and by a salon. This is by far the best value for perfect color that doesn't make you sit in a salon for hours and hope that you are going to get a color that you can live with until you can afford to sit there again.
