Very satisfied with the product. The color is great! They fixed my two tone problems and now I love my haircolor, which lasts longer than boxed. They are quick to address your needs and respond.

I love this because it didn't dry my hair out and looks very natural, more than anything I've ever used! They did an EXCELLENT JOB choose the color mixture. The directions are pretty clear. I was nervous because I had to clor my roots a shade lighter from coloring it before and than after 20 mins color the rest with the shade darker. Came out a perfect match! Could not believe it!!!!! Nice job ladies

I have been using esolon for months. I have asked for slight changes and each time it is perfect. I Love the fact the hair color shows up in the mail every 5 weeks. I recommend this service to all my friends and family.
