1st time- they achieved my dream colourI'm 47, natural hair but starting to go grey. I used an app and found a complementary colour for my skin tone. I found esalon, the quiz was so supportive, I had no idea of my hair colour, undertone ect. The quiz allowed for that, I uploaded a photo of me and 1 of my ideal colour. I never imagined the outcome. The box has everything I need, equipment, instructions and the end colour was a perfect match ( thanks Stephanie my colourist) Esalon make it easy to re order- although I have no idea when the grey will come back, I can postpone my delivery until I am ready. FärbesetHabe das Farbset bestellt und bin total begeistert von der Farbe. Ich habe schwarbraun genommen und bin total überrascht wie toll es aussieht.Hätte nie gedacht das es so toll wird. I think it finally workedI think the color this time is finally what I was hoping for, or at least the closest to it. My question is tho how do I keep it the same throughout future colorings? Do I need to just apply color to the roots or roots and ends together? I would like to have more assistance with the ends bottle. Salon QualityThe hair colour was exactly the right shade! The instructions very simple to follow, and the end result was better than expected! Completely incorrect colourI was really excited to try this product as I read some good reviews and have been meaning to change my current dye to a less damaging one. The package itself was cute and everything’s nicely described and included, but whilst dying my hair I immediately noticed that the colour was a lot more pink than my desired copper tone, but I carried on dying it according to the instructions. Once washed out and blow dried - my hair is dark purple/red-ish colour. It’s much, much darker than I needed and a completely different colour than what I wanted. Darker than expectedOrdered light ash blonde. Result is dark ash blonde. Followed instructions carefully. On the plus side, it covered grey hair, and left my hair in good condition.
