MehFirst go round wasn't my desired shade so I was sent a second color. The roots shade was a hair too dark and the second bottle was much lighter and didn't not match the roots at all so I had an awful 2 color bad ombre effect going on. Luckily I saved the roots color and re-dyed the rest of my hair so it would match. Do not likeIt didn't turn out the color I ordered. (Spoke to someone on phone about hair before ordering) The roots are a totally different color then the rest. Can't get the colour rightIt's a great product for coverage and quality but I keep asking for the colour to be richer and redder but they can't seem to get it right.
