First time userThe process of selecting my color was easy to understand and didn't take much time. My order was confirmed quickly and shipping time was acceptable. Once I got the product, the instructions were easy to follow and the coloring was really close to what I wanted. Shampoo and conditioner were great. Excellent hair color for covering grays.I used to try the boxed hair colors from retailers, but switched after reading reviews about eSalon's product. It is far superior to any other do-it-yourself color treatment. My hair is shiny and the gray coverage is excellent! 3 tweaks to perfection!I loved that I was able to ask for adjustments to be made to the colour to make it just right for me. When my hairdresser told me how good she thought the colour was, I knew that it was pretty perfect. Excellent color, excellent serviceIf you follow the guide on the website for describing your color and send a good photo you should have a great result. I find the color to be high quality, not harsh, and I love the package that comes with each order, complete with gloves (2 pair), shampoo & conditioner, a stain-removal towelette and stain-prevention creme.
