Color didn't keep - roots started showing again after 3 weeks.Never had an issue with coloring hair at home from the over the counter hair Dyes. this is the 1st time I was not happy with the results after 3 weeks. most hair dyes at home, my roots start to show after 60-75 days. not like I askedIn the beginning it was great and then Jennifer changed my color on me. Ive asked for the same color the entire time and for some reason instead of the Dark Mohagony have been getting RED. Im sorry, I DO NOT like RED. I have had to go to Sally's Beauty supply to purchase a darker red to fix what I purchased from you twice now. This is why I have canceled my account once and for all. color not for meunfortunately, the color was too dark and had too much of a red tone in it. My hair tends to pull red as the color washes out, was not pleased with the product at all. Waited 48 hours, then recolored my hair with a shade from a store bought product that was the lightest that they had....and it lightened my hair well enough that I wasn't embarrassed to walk around in public. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
