It didn’t work color won’t take on my hairNot to mention when you try to cancel it they will keep charging your card and completely ignore you no matter how many times you reach out. Then it says then sent it every month I got it every other month. My auto ship says it’s off BUT CLEARLY IM STILL BEING CHARGED no one has helped me the several times I have reached out so I guess now I’m going to have to inconvenience myself more by canceling my debit card so they don’t have the number to charge this is a joke 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. They don't listen or follow your request.the color I received was too dark.I should ask for a refund. I briefly put a nite that I don't want too dark due to my grey hair but they still give me a very dark color. NOt worth it for the amount I paid. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
