excellent resultsI was skeptical trying this product, but it really is fantastic! I had to tweak the color after the first application, but I was so happy with the results. The personalized instructions made the application easy. The shampoo, conditioner and color shield included in the box are amazing! My biggest concern using a home color, was the condition of my hair afterwards. It was BETTER than it was prior to using the product! Soft, shiny and beautifully colored. One of the best hair colorsAs I have gotten older, it was so hard to find a product that would cover the gray longer then a few days, but the does cover the gray, and it doesn't take any longer to apply than any other hair color product on the market. Perfect ColorI have a hard time finding a color that best matches my strawberry blonde color. This isn't the exact match but it is the closest one I've been able to find and actually highlights my hair a more brilliant color that is even better. Perfect color match!After one coloring, I realized I wanted a lighter shade. The experts at eSalon then created what I'm calling the perfect shade! The results make the color of my hair look natural and matches to what I was before all the gray started coming in! I used to pay $200 to have my hair colored at the salon, it too was the perfect shade, but why pay that much when I can pay significantly less and color on my schedule. custom hair colorthe formula designed for me is perfect ... love the color!! I've received lots of compliments, so thank you!! my only suggestion would be to include an application brush and hair cap in the kit. I like to put a cap over my head while my color sits to contain the dye and prevent it from dripping ...
