Easy to work with - phenomenal resultsI am not a hair person! I just don't know how to do all that stuff but I'm telling you this was almost as easy as washing your hair, the results though were well beyond what I had ever expected, my Daughter who does know what she's doing had dyed my hair red I didn't want to do the upkeep of it so wanted to go back brown, well I've done this before at the salon and it's never easy because they can't take you from red back to brown in one process. Well shame on them because eSalon took me there no problem! I have a lot of grey now that I did not have then as well. I recommend this very much. Okay coverageWas fun to receive box with all the little touches. Good instructions and included everything needed for application. Only thing is rather disappointed with color selection. I requested a golden brown color and instead turned out very coppery red. Not bad since was considering that color line but was not what I ordered. So the colorists must have augmented what I selected. Also I just colored it two weeks ago and grey is visibly coming back.... so not exactly happy about that. Love the idea but too expensiveHair color match was great. Love that it's automatically delivered and emails from company are consistent. I will be cancelling though due to the cost. While we don't offer smaller hair color applications we do off our Color Kiss Temporary Root Touch-Up to provide temporary coverage in between hair color applications. |
Hair ColorThe permanent color I ordered and applied (exactly according to the directions that came with it) lasted about 2 weeks before it all faded out and all my gray was exposed again. My daughter actually uses a drugstore semi-permanent color on her hair that lasts for a few months! This was the first time coloring my hair, and I expected much more from a permanent hair color. eSalon did a nice job matching my color....it just didn't last. They also offered a free bottle of hair color to fix my color loss, but I don't need that fuss. So, I have decided to just embrace my gray!
