Farbe kann Mann nicht ändernFinde es wirklich traurig , die Farbe ist gut , Mann kann sie aber nicht ändern . Mein Farbprofil ist keine Ahnung nicht vorhanden . Habe auch angerufen um 18:30uhr aber ist keiner zu erreichen ist nicht besetzt . Wass soll das ? Wenn man die gleiche Farbe für immer will sind die ganz toll. ProductIve been using ur product for quite awhile now and i have had no problems with the color solution but lately these two last orders I have been noticing a lot of hair lost while rinsing off solution. Also some hair breakage. I don't know what it is? Have you altered ur solution? Just wondering if something is different on ur end. Just really concerned! If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Best colour I have ever tried.I have been using this for nearly 7 years. It is by far the best colour I have ever tried and I never went back once I tried it. I get compliments on my hair colour all the time and people are very surprised when I tell them I actually colour my own hair and use a colour that is conveniently delivered to me. I love the fact that I can adjust my order frequency, skip an order, or get it sooner if I need it. Everything is packed so well, the instrucions are clear and overall it is super easy. I Like the extras like the gloves, shampoo and conditioner, everything I need is neatly packed for me in a single box. The customer service is great too. I once had a shipment with a burst bottle of developer - it only happened once in nearly 7 years and the weather was extremely cold at the time. They replaced the order within days at no charge. Your colorist are genius!I have been having and personally coloring my hair since I was 13 ( currently 46) I don't even know what my natural color is any more other than I have two stubborn gray streaks like Lily Munster and I have never been completely satisfied with my hair color until Now!It's always been "not quite" Now I'm bragging to everyone about you guys and how wonderful your product is! My friend liked my color so much I had to get a double order so she could try it to see if she liked it as much for herself. Beautiful !!!These products make coloring your hair, easy and now I look forward to doing my hair. Full instructions, easy as, 1-2-3, even has tutorial. The packaging is beautiful and the pink box is sooo feminine,. Nice clean fragrance too. KlasseIch bin einfach nur begeistert. Auftragen mit Hilfe gut machbar ( Langhaar ) angenehmer Geruch. Farbe sehr gut angenommen auch von meinem weißen Haaransatz.
