Good colorThis color is just a little darker than my natural color, but better than the first color which was to red. My natural color is a little blonde than the ash brown color sent, but it’s manageable. YOU DID IT!!!!After over a year with using eSalon I wanted some highlights so I first asked Heather (my great Colorist there) if I could get highlights at my beauty salon. She said yes. After my highlighting my hair color was wayyyyy too light and bright. I hated it! Why did I do that? I contacted Heather and we spoke by phone. She recommended a slight change to my color and WHAT A MIRACLE! My color is perfect and the highlights are there. I LOVE IT!! Sehr zufriedenIch hatte anfangs gedacht es wird dunkler, aber es ist doch schön hell geblieben wo ich sehr froh bin. Die Farbe passt gut zu meinen Haaren, hab aber nur den Ansatz gefärbt und am Schluss nochmals mit der Bürste in die Längen durchzogen. Bad customer serviceThis is the 5th time I’ve had to adjust my color for no gray coverage and brassy roots. They say that you don’t pay for it if it’s wrong, but I’ve paid for every single one. This is terrible!I received it n was so excited to receive it. I applied the color n waiting … rinsed it all out washed n conditioned it. Waited for it to dry a bit. The color took to my roots but not length of my hair! Geez I look ridiculous! Wish I never tried it! Now I have to figure out how to cancel this! Lots of ComplimentsMy husband comments, month after month, how beautiful my hair color is. He says if he didn’t know better, he would think it’s natural. Maybe because it would be if I wasn’t 63 years old! My colorist does a fabulous job of mixing just the right tones to help me retain my youthful looking hair, which means a lot when everything else is aging too fast. Another benefit is it doesn’t burn my scalp like my professional colorist used to do. Overall, I am thrilled with eSalon and the products offered.
