Good ProductThe color specialists will work to find your perfect color. The product is good. It is not as easy to use as the videos make it look. It can be pretty messy. I have stubborn gray hair that frames my face. This product does not color those areas as well as I would like and within three weeks my gray hairs are starting to show a lot. I have extremely sensitive skin and this product does not bother my skin at all. I will continue to purchase this product because for overall hair color it is good, and I can purchase a touch up product from the drug store for less than $10 to get me through until my next coloring; though I do wish they eSalon offered a touch up instead. Couldn’t open! Seriously!The bottle of color was sealed unevenly in a way that made it impossible to open. I even had my husband, and 23 yr old son try. My husband ended up drilling a hole in the side so I could squeeze out the content into a bowl to use. Color was nice, but didn’t last more than 3 weeks.
