love. great product.by my doing(not e salon), the first time around wasn't the exact result I hoped for... however it was handled Right Away(free of charge)and with a complimentary Goodbye Orange hair neutralizer(wich is AMAZING as well) added. Besser geht nich!Ich bin so begeistert von meiner neuen Haarfarbe, Da macht es richtig Freude sich neue Frisuren zu machen. Ich habe mich lange nicht mehr so wohl gefühlt und werde immer wieder auf meine neue schöne Haarfarbe angesprochen. Customer ServiceMy order hasn't arrived this time. Shipped 2 weeks ago. I can't get through to customer service. It won't allow me to submit my query online -keeps saying there's an error. Great product, non existent customer careEverything is great until there is any issue you would need customer care team for. My order went missing and I already tried to contact them since last week and not even one reply.
