Roots do not match rest of my hair!Loved the personalised box I received - everything I needed in the kit ready to go. Instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. I received a colour for my roots and a separate colour for my ends. I must admit - dying my own hair was a lot harder than I appreciated. Doing the front sections of my hair were managable; but doing the back sections were really difficult - so took me longer than maybe it is supposed to just for the roots. I followed all the instructions but my roots have come out a lot lighter than the rest of my hair. So while I can say that the service, delivery and overall product is fantastic - the colour was not 100% right for me unfortunately. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Love love love it!!!!I love my new hair color, copper golden. I was a very red but I wanted to start going darker. This was a perfect transition. My next color will be a shade or two darker, until I get the color I’m looking for!!! Thank you to my colorist for listening to me and making sure I am happy. Guess What??? IM HAPPY. Lovely colorI tried the new chocolate color that has a bit of ash and a bit of red on a lark. I usually go neutral bcuz ash gives my hair a green tinge, & red can make me brassy- neither of which are a good look for me. But I wondered if they may cancel each other out. Well for me, they did. I have the prettiest shade of dark chocolate with barely discernable hints of dark red (not copper or brass!) Which gives my color depth and is very natural looking.
