Don't order if you want black dyeI gave this a fair shot, tried to adjust my order 3 times. I asked for black. All 3 adjustments couldn't get to black, so I spent 3 months with brown or visibly grey roots. Customer service was very friendly, but ultimately unable to make BLACK hair dye. I don't at all understand why it was so difficult. They say satisfaction guaranteed, but that wasn't the case at all. I was so, so disappointed. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Top notch hair color, unbeatableI love ESalon. I signed up during the pandemic in 2020 and i have never gone back to the salon for a color. I have been a customer for 3 years and will remain faithful to ESalon. The customer service is superb plus the packaging is awesome. I also like that the color does not hurt my scalp. Great colour(English)I asked you to adjust my colour to Golden Blonde, and you did it beautifully! Thank you. It looks fantastic, so natural and all my grey covered too. I later asked for a hint of strawberry blonde, well, amazing, I really love the colour. So natural, such good condition too. Thank you esalon. Here I am again. I've been using esalon hair colour for quite a few years now. I decided to go darker. Well! The results are beautiful. I absolutely love my colour, with hints of red, it is perfect.
