PERFECT colorI was uncertain ordering a "cool" shade, I did NOT want a greyed out ashy look, but my complexion runs cooler so I thought I'd give it a shot. The color was actually gorgeous! A perfect cooler rich chocolate brown, perfect for fall and winter. Application was easy, if you've ever dyed your hair at home this technique is no different, but the materials are much better than your usual drugstore box dye set. My only gripe would be the excessive packaging for everything, it does look rather posh but I'd personally rather have less garbage than pretty boxes.
