Very impressed!Easy questions to complete to help work out the right hair colour for you & excellent customer service. Just done my first colour & I’m so pleased with how it’s turned out. I usually use a well known box colour brand & my e-salon colour is so much better! Nice even cover that’s blended my roots in brilliantly with the rest of my hair. I will NEVER use any other color!I have been receiving my custom color from eSalon going on 9 years now. I will never use any other color. Beyond expectations in the year of the Covid-19I was very sad that I could not go to my local Aveda Institute for my hair color and cut because our Governor closed the school. I could not find my exact shade at any grocery or pharmacy store. Thanks to eSalon, I was perfectly matched up with my original reddish shade. ESalon's formula covered my stubborn gray hair and gave my hair a lot of depth. The eSalon custom dye did not sting my scalp like other otc dyes.
