My first order with eSalonI'm really excited that I've come across eSalon. I used to be a natural redhead but a couple of years ago I started going through menopause and my colour has darkened quite a bit which I hate. I've been using a colour from Schwarzkoff which is lovely but fades very quickly so I was happy to try something new. I came across eSalon on Facebook by accident and thought I'd give it a go. From the start I've been very impressed. I have my own colour specialist called Celine who is just wonderful. I sent Celine a picture of my current colour which had been done 2 weeks beforehand and she adjusted the colour that I was going to be sent to me as she thought it would be too dark. My order arrived the other day which was very exciting. I could tell straight away that the products are of a very high standard. After watching all the "how to" videos on Facebook I decided it was time. The end result wasn't as vibrant as I would have liked so I got in contact with Celine and included a picture of my hair with the colour I was hoping for. She replied back to me very quickly to advise that she would adjust my next order. Even though the colour wasn't exactly what I would have liked, my hair feels really lovely and healthy. I was very impressed with the shampoo and conditioner that came with the colour so much so that Ive added it to my next order. I highly suggest that if you do order from eSalon you watch the how to videos even if you regularly colour your hair, they have some fantastic tips which are very useful. Best at home hair colour - covers greysWhilst stuck in a covid lockdown I've been at home watching new grey hairs sprout on a daily basis. I decided to try eSalon after reading many excellent reviews. It is by far the best at home hair colour. The custom blend is excellent - previous attempts to use supermarket hair dye like L'oreal have resulted in my hair being extremely dry and the colour turned out way darker than intended. Other dyes also sting my scalp. The eSalon colour is just right and my greys are covered. The formulation is gentle with no stinging on the scalp. The packaging for the products is excellent. I especially loved your video tutorials that I watched numerous times. Only thing is the shipping time was 17 days which is far too long. You really need to sort that out for international customers. Kann es nur empfehlen!Ich bin sehr begeistert von E-Salon. Preis-Leistung, Qualität und Kundenservice ist sehr sehr gut. Auch, wenn ich meine perfekte Farbe (da ich mehr von meinem Grundfarbton abweichen möchte) noch nicht ganz gefunden habe, kann ich e-salon nur weiterempfehlen.
