Faded quicker than I expectedI love the care that went into packaging and formulating a personal color, however the darkest brown still wasn't as dark as the rest of my hair as I could see a line of difference. It also lightened up a bit after a few weeks of washes. I made a note and sent a picture to my E Salon colorist, so I am giving it another shot. Just what I ordered per e- Salons guidanceAfter following all directions and coloring my hair I had the blahest finish, I had dk blonde copper and a little gold, making it dk.strawberry blonde, was not happy with finish at all! Not at all what I asked forWay too dark, way too brown, doesn't look at all like the photo I sent my "stylist" (which btw you don't get a designated person. I replied to the email sent by my alleged stylist, and someone else entirely replied, because it's just a Zendesk ticketing system of random support employees who probably have no experience in hair color at all). Wunderschönes Farbergebnis!Bin super happy mit dem Farbergebnis!!! Hatte schon ein wenig bedenken, ob ich das zu Hause gut hinbekomme mit dem selbst färben! Die Tutorials und die präzise Anleitung haben mir sehr geholfen. Das Farbergebnis entspricht exakt meinen Vorstellungen - bin sehr viel zufriedener als nach meinem letzten Friseurbesuch (der hatte mir einen "Farbhelm" aufgesetzt). Beware of eSalon's Poor Customer Service and Misleading PracticesI must express my extreme disappointment with eSalon's subscription service. After deciding to try their color plan, I quickly realized it wasn't for me and promptly requested a cancellation before the next charge. Despite this, I was still charged for an unwanted order, and the second shipment was on its way. I reached out to their customer service, expecting a straightforward resolution, but their response was utterly unacceptable. Not only did they fail to acknowledge their mistake, but they also didn't provide any assurance that my returned item was received or processed for a refund. eSalon's so-called "Color Care Team" offered no sympathy for their error, instead suggesting I keep the unopened color for an indefinite period. Why should I keep something I never wanted in the first place? The worst part is their slow refund process, claiming it may take up to 10 days after receiving the return to issue the refund. This is an outrageous delay for an item I never ordered and returned promptly. I'm deeply dissatisfied with eSalon's lack of accountability, misleading practices, and disregard for their customers' time and money. Their customer service has proven to be unhelpful and unresponsive, making me regret ever trying their service. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of eSalon's subscription service, as they do not value their customers' satisfaction and employ questionable business practices.
