Awful colour match.I ordered medium brown for my hair jt came out black. It is dreadful. I would not recommend this to anyone. It is cheaper than a salon for a reason, it’s is awful quality and it is not worth it 2 sur 2 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Not a pleasant surpriseFirst of all it makes me angry each time, that the color is only for roots. I don’t want to do roots only, I do not have technique for that, it gets messy. Last two times I was starting with roots but ended with color on all hair. Although it was nice and I was happy, this time it went wrong. I don’t know how can this be same mix as always. Great customer service!I had a problem with a color. Wasn’t happy so I emailed eSalon. They immediately fixed it and checked back to make sure I was happy. So happy I found this company back in 2020.
