So pleasedIn all honesty I didn't think my hair would be such a perfect color. I was not only afraid of the change but the outcome and damage to my hair (more than it was). Happy to say I was wrong on all counts. Perfect match to my original hair color and 100% coverage of the gray. Soft, bouncy, manageable. I have received many compliments from people I know and don't know. Best Hair Decision!!!!Salons are getting expensive along with every other beauty service! I’m so thankful for esalon! They have exceptional customer service and over deliver with not just words but results. I have expensive taste on a cheap budget and always trying to get bang for my buck!
