PerfectionI cannot say enough wonderful things about eSalon. My own custom color that covers my whites, matches perfectly, blends tones, and keeps my hair happy and healthy - yes! The packaging is delightful and the process is easy. The customer service is beyond. I was able to actually get on the phone with the person designing my color. They were fantastic and helped get me the exact results I was looking for. Shipping comes when I need it and the price is right. Red hair hard to MatchI tried the competitor and never was satisfied with the color online, so i never ordered. I found e-salon during the pandemic and liked the way i was able to choose my color. It was great and easy to tweek online for my next order. I NEVER colored my hair at home before, so have a friend do it for me. SO now I am hooked on doing my hair at home and saving money. Colourist did a great job!I was really pleased with the adjustments to my colour. The colourist has taken my message and updated my colour really well.
