Not perfect, but really close!My color was much better than past versions (THANK YOU to the team for listening to feedback and adjusting it!), but it faded within the first week so it's slightly lighter than I'd like. Not a huge deal - I'll ask the colorists to adjust going forward! As a note, I recently got my hair cut and mentioned I might color it, too. I am Impressed !I needed to cover grays and some old highlights . Going to the store has never been successful and I always end up with a crappy color I know I will hate. I was very hesitant about using this product, even as I applied it I was saying “Oh crud, it’s going to horrible !”, especially I saw tints of red coming through the brown. The color was copper brown btw . However , as I pulled my towel off after my shower , I was SO HAPPY! It’s like my color ! Like how the heck did they get so close ! Different colorHello, Indeed I mentioned my current colour is too yellow and I would like to add some Ash to cut the yellow, but the result of the hair paint was as in the picture uploaded. It did nothing and when I emailed support, she was super rude.The color did nothing. I wrote in my account that I do highlights and I got color for just my roots. The color did not even change my hair. When I contacted support, they were defensive and super rude and unhelpful so I am canceling my account. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. No gray coveredThe color was darker then I expected, did not cover grays at all over all was not a good impression I hope the next corrected color is better or I will have to try a different company, this is the reason I left before, but decided to give it a second chance , due to im fighting a terminal illness, and I appreciate the convenience, but the product was sub par 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
