Root color didn't blend with endsIn June, I asked for a slightly lighter ash brown touch up for roots to match and blend with medium brown lowlights and highlights. I didn't use the touch up until November and the roots came out as brassy and light reddish brown. It did not match or blend with my ends. I just ordered another root touch to try and fix the problem. Hopefully, it will blend. This color is PERFECT!!!!I have tried so many different coloring professional and home colors but this was the first time in 4 years to actually get rid of my grey hair I had but this did it!!!
