eSalon was very professional and friendly in keeping me up to date on the progress of my order. I sent a photo of my husband because I was coloring his hair. They adjusted the formula to fit his needs. The directions were very detailed and there were 2 pairs of gloves and an applicator included. The only thing I would change is that next time I am going to order the bowl to mix the product in. I did not really shake the bottle enough and there was product left in the bottom of the bottle. His hair looks great and we are very happy with eSalon.

This arrived in a nice box. I liked the fact that 2 pairs of strong disposable gloves were included as well as a sticker to stick instructions up on wall or mirror. Instructions were easy to follow and added bonus of online video. The final mix of leftover colour with water which is worked into hair for 2-3 mins is quite overpowering - apparently this is ammonium hydroxide and helps colour penetrate hair before rinsing. It hasn't put me off as my hair is a lovely colour and greys covered well. Looking forward to next delivery which has added tones.

It’s incredible how the perfect color was chosen for me resulting from a few questions. Then having everything I needed to start my coloring, from the gloves to the sticker for holding the instructions, was very much appreciated. I expected to see chunks of a much lighter color at the hairline, but the color was pretty close to the rest of the hair. It looked more like highlights. I recommend this product.

I am very pleased with this color product. It does not give out a strong odor like those bought in the store. The color looks so natural that as it grows out you can not tell. The hair color lasts much longer than the boxed store color. I am so happy I found this site. Saves me so much money and time to stay out of the salon.

I hadn’t been to a salon since before the first lockdown so have been using various box dyes and different colours before eventually using a colour remover to get rid of all the build up. This had left me with light roots and ends and then a dark part in the middle where I’d previously had a black into copper balayage. As we are still in lockdown in Scotland my only choice was to go for another box dye but thank the lord I found esalon first. It seems to have worked a miracle in that my hair all looked the same beautiful rich colour and it felt like it was in great condition too. I won’t be going anywhere else now and have been recommending it to anyone who will listen 😂

I usually use box dye, very occasionally go to a salon, and I have to say I am very impressed by the kit and the instructions. The result is an excellent all over colour, I am very pleased with. I won't be going back to box colour again after this!

I was a bit sceptical seeing it advertised on Instagram and with some comments saying that eSalon had paid people to write reviews, but I am completely happy with how my hair turned out. I have used box dyes since I was 16 which had left my hair lifeless but this colour has made my hair look super healthy! It doesn't have that awful smell that most dyes do and there is plenty of it! I will never go back to box dyes!

E-salon color will be my go to for all over color I do at home. The price is comparable to store bought, however my gray covered better than it ever has with store bought color, my hair is so shiny and soft and healthy. I love that I receive two bottles so that I am guaranteed full saturation on my long brown hair. Great product.

I am 100% satisfied with my color. The colorist suggested going only one shade darker instead of two and it was the perfect adjustment. The kit recommended coloring roots first which completely covered my grays. Then I blended the color out to my ends which created a very natural look. Multidimensional color. Im very pleased!

I just had my colour done and I must say I’m astonished with the result , so shiny and soft , I believe my days at hairdressers are gone ! 😊the presentation in the box it’s absolutely outstanding, nothing similar in the market , I will probably adjust the colour for the lengths with a bit more of copper or golden , waiting for my personal colourist feedback on that . I wasn’t really sure before I tried the hair colour from eSalon, fortunately I’m so glad after my first colour, it covered my roots fully which was my main concern. After spending sooo much on salon coloring used box color and was never happy. I saw esalon and decided to give it a try. Well I was pleasantly surprised. The color was beautiful the colorist really listens. I have Andrea and I am currently working on changing up the color a bit. She is fantastic and doesn't ever do anything drastic. I can't imagine ever going back to the salon for color again. Esalon is the best. And the color rinses are great too. I just ordered the hair silk treatment and can't wait to use it. I have total confidence in esalon and believe ill be a happy customer until I decide to go completely natural grey. But I'm sure I can even get a color for that as well...

It’s amazing how they can do this custom color just right without even meeting you in person. I’ve changed my color and they still got it right. I’m very happy with everything thank you esalon. I highly recommend anyone to try it! You won’t regret it

Das Set ist komfortabel und großzügig gepackt, einfach anzuwenden und einfach perfekt.
Nie nie wieder werde ich für eine Coloration einen Friseur aufsuchen. Mit dem gesparten Geld durchs selber machen gönne ich mir etwas schönes.

Amazing coverage and perfect colour

First lockdown I made the mistake of using box dye which dried my hair out so much I had to cut off alot more than I wanted at my last hairdresser visit.
As I haven't had my hair coloured since end of November I had to try something else and I am so glad i found eSalon. Easy to complete customer hair colour survey and not disappointed after my first use. Greys covered perfectly, colour is exactly what I wanted and my hair feels amazing! just like when I have been to the hairdressers for my colour
I went for light brown ash and it's perfect. Upon application the dye goes on very dark, almost black which made me panic slightly but when washing off after 30 min the colour is a lovely brown with no hints of red. Just what I wanted.
Thank you eSalon I can go grey free and know I wont be runing my hair!

I am so so pleased to have found this system! So easy to set up and I loved the details they look for so that they can personalise my colour. Easy to upload photos too. I was contacted prior to receiving my colour to check some colour details. My colour is great and it definitely feels salon quality.
My only 1 slight niggle, for which I have knocked off 1 star for is the excess packaging. It's simply not needed and I really didn't get the point of being sent a sticker to put on my instructions which says 'Just for you', when the instructions are already personalised with my name on. You could make a huge impact on packaging savings by cutting it down, I counted 5 bits of cardboard/plastic that could be completely avoided.
Otherwise, I won't be going anywhere else from now on! Thank you!

I've been using drugstore box hair color for years. Last year I had a serious color correction done in the hair salon which costed me a lots of money and also left my hair in a bad shape. Recently discovered Esalon and decided to give it a try. After first coloring I was pleasantly surprised. Haircolor didn't hurt my scalp and the color was nice. I am going to continue using it. It's definitely worth it.

I wanted a new color and changed it to a beautiful medium brown with mahogany. It is such a pleasure to work with the colorist. I knew what I wanted but was having trouble explaining it to them, so I found a picture of what I was looking for and it helped with our communication. They are so helpful. I received my color right after the big Texas Thaw, so I had my husband color it today. I am always so thrilled at how easy it is for him to color my hair following the directions. It’s a beautiful color and my hair is healthy. I am so thankful for the fact that esalon does exactly what it says it will do. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and custom color.
