So,hier mein Feedback: der Kontakt war super und sehr persönlich,auf alle Fragen bzw.Änderungen wurde direkt eingegangen und auch eine Empfehlung zur Farbänderung ausgesprochen,der ich gerne nachgekommen bin. Am 11.2.21 bekam ich die Info,dass meine Farbe auf dem Weg ist und ab dem 16.2. zu erwarten ist. Am 18.2 war sie da👏 Heute ,19.2,habe ich mich ans Werk gemacht und das Ergebnis ist sehr zufriedenstellend! Ich hab,da es das erste Färben war,eine 2.Farbe für die Längen gratis dazubekommen ,die etwas anders als die für den Ansatz gemixt war,super! Für die nächste Färbung bekomme ich dann nur noch Farbe für den Ansatz.
Meine Haare sind weder kaputt noch strohig,sämtliche Pflegeprodukte (Shampoo & Spülung) waren im Set dabei und die Anleitung ist super geschrieben und auch per email sind diverse Videos dabei die sehr erklärend sind. Super ich freue mich auf die nächste Ansatzfarbe,wo das Färben nicht mehr so ausschweifend sein wird 🥳 vielen Dank

Because of covid and not able to go to salon I didnt want to buy bog standard box dyes from the supermarket as I've spent alot of money on getting my hair colour to be the way it is and didnt want to risk ruining my hair. Buying from esalon was a great decision. It was surprisingly easy, even doing the back of my hair. I am so happy with the outcome. Love the shine aswell.

I really liked using my custom colour set. The colour was customised for me by my colourist, and it was spot on! The product itself is very effective on my hair yet, gentle. The shampoo and conditioner supplied with my set left my hair cleansed and smooth. It 110% Worked for me and the instructions are great. Easy to follow and fool proof. It made colouring my hair a pleasure! Everything is thought of in great detail right down to the satin cover to prevent staining of your skin while colouring your hair. The box is well presented and personalised, which is a lovely incentive!

Since lockdown I cannot go to Canada to my beloved hairdresser. He gave me my formula which you created so well, and I gained confidence coloring my own hair with your excellent videos. I find that when coloring the back, I tug the slice of hair a little to feel exactly where it is. I am a pandemic Rapunzel, but love how pretty and healthy my long hair looks, thanks to esalon!

I had never done my own color before Covid, and was scared because I didn't have a clue how to do it. I didn't want to ruin my hair which is thin and has a lot of grey. I am in my early 50's. I was really relieved when my hair turned well. So I set up auto reorder and have been doing my own for 9 months now. The color is excellent and looks natural. My hair feels healthy. I can do it myself, but it does really help that I have a mirror set up to see behind my head. It would be even easier with a friend/husband to help with the back. I find the Esalon website and ordering to be very user friendly and awesome. It's super easy to do everything like change the date of my deliveries.

i wondered if this would be any better than the over the counter ones, but its far superior. And the colour lasts much longer too. Its great to have a contact at eSalon too for any queries or questions. I was a little nervous but definitely worth trying. I have been trying desperately to find a subtle auburn shade that says red head, but doesn’t scream it. I’ve been just about every color on the spectrum over the years. I may not be a true redhead, but it’s my attitude for sure. I’ve had lots of compliments to date. My hair doesn’t feel like plastic and my scalp is not irritated.

Received my colour more than a month ago, but due to home schooling I finally got round to applying the colour yesterday. The process was straight forward and easy to follow and within less than an hour it was complete.
I'm am very pleased with my colour my hair feels in a good shiny condition and my previous blonde has now been toned down to a lovely warm beige blonde, it looks much nicer

This is the first time that I have coloured my hair at home so I was a little nervous as to how it would turn out. The whole process of choosing and ordering a colour was really straightforward on the website and it was rather exciting when the box arrived with my name on the bottles! It was a bit of a faff doing the back of my shoulder length hair but the instructions were really clear and I know it will get easier with practise. I am so pleased with the strawberry blonde colour as it looks so natural and I like having the reassurance that I can ask for advice and will get an answer fairly quickly. I will definitely be sticking with my new colour and esalon for the foreseeable future.

Ich bin so dankbar eSalon entdeckt zu haben, weil ich sehr schlechte Friseurerfahrungen sammeln musste. Beim letzten Friseurbesuch sind meine blonden Strähnen, welches eigentlich ein Balayage werden sollte, grün geworden und der gewünschte Braunton ein Rostbraun. Über 280€ hat mich dieser Besuch gekostet und ich war todunglücklich und werde auch keine Friseure mehr aufsuchen.
Drogerieprodukte überzeugten mich nicht, so dass ich auf eSalon während meiner Recherchen gestoßen bin.
Das Wunschfarbergebnis ist so wunderschön! Ein goldiges, sattes braun mit tollen Farbreflexen. Kein Rotstich, meine vereinzelt grauen Haare sind weich und vollständig abgedeckt. Kein harter Ansatz!
Ich bin wirklich unendlich dankbar, endlich ein passendes Produkt gefunden zu haben. Die Anwendung ist sehr leicht und auch für ungeübte sehr verständlich erklärt. Unheimlich süß ist auch die Personalisierung und ein Gedicht.
Zum Sommer werde ich dann zusätzlich das Strähnen-Set testen.

The pandemic drove me to color at home, though I had occasionally tried box color with little success over decades of hair coloring. ESalon gave me the same and very often better results than some pricey NYC salons, that I had to visit monthly. The professional advice and tweaks to my color by the ESalon stylists made it hard to believe that they weren’t actually standing over my shoulder! The results are shiny and healthy-and natural.

Wirklich! Auch die Verpackung und die Individualität mit eigenen Name auf den Flaschen sind einfach klasse. Grosses Lob an die Mitarbeiter!
Nur für mich war es etwas zu viel kupfer Anteil. Das Ergebnis kann sich aber sehen lassen.!

This process was so easy, from filling out questionnaire online, expressing my concerns to a color specialist and receiving the product. The instructions included were very helpful and helped make the process a little less stressful. It has been about a month since I have colored my hair, the color is still vibrant, the gray's are not showing. This is everything I hoped for!

So ... more than I would normally spend to do my roots BUT the colour is perfect, my hair feels great and the coverage on my grey is really good - better than the brand I normally use. I like the fact that it’s really well packaged, easy to follow instructions and decent quality pairs of gloves. All in all impressed.

It is the real thing. I have been using bottled products, but nothing is like a hair salon color. I am completely happy with my shade, the coverage and the silkiness I could feel in my hair immediately. I'm so happy I tried it. ☺

My colorist blended the exact cool toned brown that I requested. It was very easy to use with clear instructions. I got many compliments and my hair looks beautiful! Usually my hair turns orange after a week or two post color and this has not happened four weeks out with this product. I wanted a little bit lighter shade for my next order and requested an adjustment very easily.

I ordered my hair colour January 2021.I was so nervous once it arrived. When ever I box dye my hair it takes at least 4 boxes due to the thickness and length of my hair .
I took the plunge and went for it .
The colour was a match and my hair looks amazing .Not a grey hair in sight. My hair is shiny.
I would recommend esalon to anyone .

Ich war wirklich am Anfang super skeptisch und dennoch sagte ich mir, Probier es einfach aus und dann kannst du es beurteilen.
Ich bin begeistert.. Die Farbe die ich wählte, war genau richtig und der Glanz ist super..
Das nächste mal verändere ich meinen Farbton noch ein bissel.. Also ich bleib auf alle Fälle dabei und kann nur sagen.. Probiert es aus.. Ihr werdet begeistert sein..

I was delighted and so happy with my hair colour it went from a dull brown to a gourgess mahogany copper so soft and shiny instructions were step by step it's so easy to colour hair at home very professional helpful colourist I have recommended to all my friends and family.

I usually have my hair highlighted at a salon but my appointment had been cancelled several times due to lock down. E Salon came up on my Instagram account so I thought I would go for it. The whole process was super easy considering I had never dyed my own hair before and it was a fraction of the price! I love it! So personal as well.

To say I was somewhat nervous is an understatement, I am a natural red head with very thick hair and have only had my hair coloured by a professional but with weeks of lockdown I had to do something about the roots!!!
The process for ordering was simple and allowed you to view the colours, I took the plunge and ordered it.
It arrived afew days later, all very well packaged and personalized, clear and simple instructions. I absolutely love the colour and shine it gave my hair, I think I'll be sticking to eSalon in future, not only is the colour amazing, it's also a fraction of the cost of a salon. I sent photo's to my family and close friends who all said looked so good, its as near to my natural colour as I could possibly get.

I have color-resistant hair. Stylists have had to do many things to "tweak" how the coloring is done because dye usually washes out of my hair within about 10 days. I am happy to report that this dye has not only stayed in my hair for the past 5 weeks, but it also looks very natural. This is a quality product, the process is easy and the end result is FANTASTIC!

I had spent $200.00 for a full head one shade color in an upscale hair salon. Although the color was pretty it completely failed to cover my roots or my all of a sudden grays. In comes esalon. I thought why not give it a shot being that the cost is so reasonable. Wow am I glad I did! No more roots, no more grays, and the color is even more beautiful and vibrant than anything I’ve ever received in the salon! Whoop whoop! Thank you esalon for the hundreds of dollars you’ll be saving me!
