It's weird because I thought this was the same shampoo and conditioner that you get when you receive your Hair Coloring Kit but this conditioner leaves a funky smell and I work 12 hour days and thought it might be another product I use with it! So it is the conditioner because I used the shampoo by itself with the Cream CoWash and the Schwarzkopf Professional BC Bonacure Peptide Repair Rescue Treatment and didn't smell that funky smell but when I used the Conditioner again there it was! So I'm giving it away!

Didn’t work for me . I used the hair coloring kit and this made my hair stringing , I mean the kit fried my hair . Mind you I was going darker so it shouldn’t have !? Only lifting should right ? It this is a basic Recipe . Says classic on the label so my bad. I guess I just expected more deep conditioning

I had a heck of a time trying to untangle my hair. Did not condition it at all. My hair felt dry and stiff. Don’t waste your money on this brand. Not worth it at all!!

I wish the shampoo lathered more. I have to use a lot to get it to lather; and the conditioner, for me, makes the hair near my roots very oily. So I use the conditioner only near the middle to the ends and not on my scalp.

Smells ok, tried to like it for several months because i like that it comes right to the door but it is terrible for tangles even after adding a leave in conditioner and its leaving hair too dried out: going back to biolage.

While the shampoo was great at preserving the colour and shine, I was very disappointed with the conditioner, which did absolutely nothing for the condition of my hair. Most conditioners leave the hair feeling soft and velvety, but this one did not. Hair was as knotty as if I hadn’t conditioned at all. Won’t use again, sadly.

Both products made my hair feel lovely but I don’t think they are worth the £26 charged for the 2 bottles.
Both were lovely and creamy but unfortunately this also made them very difficult to get out of the container. I had to decant them into a
pump dispensers to save this frustration. Perhaps e-salon could consider providing them in a pump dispenser in the future?

I purchased this as i previously had been very happy wih the colour from esalon. Unfortunately this shampoo has stripped the colour from my hair, the conditioner is no better. Feels like a cheap shampoo and conditioner, left my hair feeling very dry which it isnt normally. Had to use lots of conditioner to get any benefit. Packaging particularly on the conditioner is poor. Very difficult to get the product out. Gave up with it after a couple of goes. Better off with a herbal essence or any other colour shampoo you can get from the supermarket. Very disappointed.

This shampoo did not clean well, had to use more than necessary to get decent coverage to clean scalp. Did not did very well at all and the smell was not as pleasant as other products. Did not have lasting clean properties, found myself needing to wash my hair more often than with other products.

The first bottle I purchased was really good, it lathered up nicely! The second bottle I got and am currently using...I’m not so happy with, it’s not lathering as good as the first bottle for some reason. I don’t know if you’ve changed the ingredients for the amount of ingredients or something but somethings changed, it doesn’tWhat happened to my leather? lather is good as the first bottle did. My colour lasts much better with this shampoo compared to others I have tried.
But, it does not leave my hair feeling clean no matter how many times I wash it or how much I apply. I normally wash my hair every 4 days but with this it would need to be every 2 as after that it feels greasy

I had to use alot because it doesn't foam up at all and I needed to get the shampoo on my 14 inches of hair, not just at the roots. I bought it hoping daily use would prevent grey hair from reappearing too soon. Unfortunately, grey hair began to reappear after about 10 days.

This shampoo/conditioner combo worked better than the repair shampoo/conditioner. It didn't work as well as the regular shampoo/conditioner set. But I have found that Suave repair shampoo and the Suave conditioner with avocado oil in it works a lot better! =P But I still love your hair color, eSalon!

La razón por la que ves una falta de espuma con el champú es que nuestros champús para el cuidado del color no contienen sulfato. El sulfato es un ingrediente que le da espuma al champú, pero puede secar y desteñir el cabello. También me disculpo porque el acondicionador no proporcionó la textura que esperabas. Maybe it’s just my hair but this seems to leave a coating on my hair and it will seem dirty the next day. If I use my other shampoo, which clarifies the hair, I can go several days between shampoos.

Difficult Bottle

I have the hardest time getting the conditioner out of this bottle. It's doesn't want to pour and it isn't squeezable either.
The plastic seems too stiff. The conditioner is nice but please change its packing. Bring back the pump and I'll be a happy camper again.

I really like the trial sized classic shampoo and conditioner that is included in my color kit. So, I decided to purchase it. It is not the same, as much as I want to like it, I just don't. I'm sorry eSalon, you are great, however this is the 2nd time that I have not had luck with the shampoo/conditioner purchase. Hopefully, I can get refunded. The shampoo made my hair feel like straw, but the conditioner wasn't too bad. I gave 3 stars because I do like the trial sizes in my color kit.

I am not happy with the shampoo and conditioner. I used the shampoo and conditioner and after, it made my hair feel "not clean" so, I tried again another time thinking that I didn't rinse the product out of my hair all the way. Not the case. My hair didn't feel as I expected from the ratings on the product.

There is nothing to rave about eSalon shampoo & conditioner. Although the fragrance smelled nice, the shampoo left my hair feeling coarse and dry, while the conditioner left my hair feeling heavy and looking very greasy. Does not seem like the same formula found with the kit.

I'm not a fan of this shampoo and conditioner. It makes my hair feel like straw and it's much frizzier then normal.
I love the one that comes in the kit but it no longer has an autoship special on it. :(

I had expected the same conditioner and shampoo from the coloring packets, but smell and hair’s response was different. On its own, my hair is limp and the ends fee dry. I will not reorder this set.

Makes hair feel good. Nice shampoo, conditioner gets out tangles. Color has stayed longer. Only problem is the conditioner is so thick I’m unable to get it out of container without leaving upside down and taking off cap. I won’t be purchasing again.
