Limited gray coverageI really enjoyed the supplies that the kit produced - the consistency of dye, the multiple pairs of gloves, the stain guard, and the stain removal pad. However it is did not cover my gray at the roots like I had requested. This was extremely problematic for me as a first time customer, long time hair colorist. I was really disappointed as I was excited by the promise of gray coverage provided by the manufacturer as well as the spokesperson Brad Mondo. I did like the actual color that stood on the rest of my heart. It is a softer black which I appreciated. So disappointedI applied my colour yesterday followed all instructions to the T. And I'm so not happy. My hair is way too dark. It's horrible. I can't understand how I got sent the wrong colour I sent pictures of my hair before with my order. It's just all one block of colour now.
